The process
Step 1
How to submit a pitch
To propose an article, please submit a brief proposal (just a few lines) that outlines your idea and explains its relevance to our UK audience.
Your pitch should be clear, concise, and aligned with our core mission of transparency, independence, and support for LiPs in the UK.
Step 2
Our editorial process
Once your pitch is accepted, we work with you to develop your article: review, careful editing, and fact-checking against the standards set out in our editorial standards.
We strive to ensure each published piece is both informative and aligned with our mission to support our UK audience.
Step 3
Response time
If your pitch is taken forward, you will hear from us within one week of its receipt. We cannot respond to every proposal individually — if you do not hear back within that period, your pitch was not suitable this time.
We still encourage future submissions.
Diversity & inclusion
We are committed to amplifying diverse perspectives, particularly those from underrepresented groups within the UK legal field. If you identify with a community that is often overlooked in media, we strongly encourage you to share your perspectives with us.
Your contributions can help shed light on systemic issues and advocate for meaningful change within the legal sphere.
